Number seventy-seven: Get Feedback
Good day, I'm Troy Dean from Video User Manuals and Agency Mavericks and this is the 101 Ways to Elevate Yourself and Demand Higher Fees. A practical guide for WordPress consultants to start attracting better quality clients, work on better more interesting projects, and get paid better fees. Now, let's go elevate.
Number 77: Get feedback. So, I like to set up a little form in wufoo.com. That's W-U-F, double O .com and that form basically says, “Hey, we really enjoyed working with you on your recent project. Just wondering if you could write the experience that you had with us and tell us in all honesty how was it working with us.” I ask them three or four questions about our service, our professionalism, how we met their expectations and the overall experience of working with us and how happy they are with the finished product.
I actively ask them to be honest and give us honest feedback so that we can improve our service offering over time. It shows that we actually care about wanting to be better and wanting to improve ourselves and it's another reason to keep in touch with the client once the websites gone live.
So, number 77, actively get feedback and use wufoo.com to make it really simple and really easy for you to set up a form and really easy for your client to fill that form in.
In the next video you're going to discover another book which is an absolute must read and it's a lot of fun too. Until then, go elevate.
