Number Ninety-five Nominate them

Number 95: Nominate them for a small business award. Here's the thing; if you honestly believe that your client is at the top of their game and doing a great job, why don't you find a small business award category in the local small business award, the Chamber of Commerce, or whoever runs the local awards, and nominate them. If you don't believe they're worthy of nominating for an award, then maybe you shouldn't have them as a client in the first place.
This is just a very small idea that can go a long way to building a relationship with a client, and can get your client talking about you and talking about the relationship that they have with you to their colleagues. If you honestly believe that they are worthy of an award, find a category that is relevant and nominate them for a local small business award.
