Number Eighty Add Clients To Your List
Good day, I'm Troy Dean from Video User Manuals and Agency Mavericks and this is the 101 Ways to Elevate Yourself and Demand Higher Fees. A practical guide for WordPress consultants to start attracting better quality clients, work on better more interesting projects, and get paid better fees. Now, let's go elevate.
Number 80: Add clients to your list. That's right. You should have a list, an email subscriber list that you email on a regular basis and let those people know what you're up to, what problems you've been solving, what projects you've been working on and what your thoughts are on the web design industry at large. Add your clients to that list and I know this sounds really obvious, but this is something that just falls through the cracks.
Set up a process so that when your client's website goes live they then go into your list that nurtures them and keeps them in touch with you know, once a week or once a month or however often you send out your newsletter. Now, your newsletter is not a direct call to action email. It's just a general branding email that goes out that keeps your clients up to date with what you've been doing, problems you've been solving, projects you've been working on, exciting developments and updates from your organization.
So, make it a process to add your clients, your new clients once you've launched their website add your clients to your email list and keep them up to date with your latest newsletter. In the next video you'll learn the one email you can send your client to answer all of their SEO questions in one hit. Until then, go elevate.
